Great product
Very useful and comfortable. I have a very large nose so I cut off the strip that holds the two nozzles together and can now insert each one separately and more deeply into nostrils without any risk of falling/pulling out. Cut apart and try this way if you have problems. :2010-09-15 04:13:09
Probably Doesnt Cure Sleep Apnea But Sure Helps
This product is the Nasivent Tube which is similar to the Nozovent strip. Which one youll prefer may be a matter of personal preference.
The manufacturer claims this product will resolve or treat snoring. i dont know about the underlying causes but it certainly can help.
The product is composed to two short tubes of differing sizes to fit different nostrils each pair of tubes connected by a short plastic strip. You place a pair of tubes that fit properly into each nostril and they hold open you nasal passages to improve the flow of air particularly when sleeping. cheaper option
I have flat no air flow nostrils I have found a much cheaper option. Just go to the store and go to the baby section. Buy a pack of bottle nipples (they have different neck sizes pick one that fits you). Take them home cut the top part off cut off the base leaving just the neck of the bottle nipple. Then just cut to adjust to fit your nostril. I recommend rounding the edges off for comfort sake. Works great and if you lose one or a dozen your not out but a buck or two just make more. Honestly I didnt buy the nasal inserts this review is for I couldnt see spending the $20 or more for something I would probably lose so I found a solution myself. But I lived for so long without a solution once I found one I had to share it with those around the world suffering with the same thing. So try the bottle nipple if it doesnt work by this product Im sure it is good. Either way best of luck.

Doesnt work if you have a Deviated Septum
I have NEVER woken up with one of these in my nose no matter how many times I put it back in during the night. AND they are translucent which makes them virtually impossible to find! I only have 1 left after 2 weeks of use because of that.
I cant get the large sizes in my (apparently small) nose but even the small size fits perfect on one side of my nose and wont go all the way in on the other side. One side of my nose is very narrow due to a deviated septum and adding a silicone tube to it just flattens the tube and leaves LESS room for air flow. If you dont have a deviated septum then maybe this will work for you but I dont see how people are keeping them from falling out during the night??
